    Hey Maria! :) The logo is looking interesting. I was wondering, have you tried placing the text inside the female's hair? Didn't know if you attempted that (most likely you have). I would suggest, seeing you have the green shading, that you have the shading show up for the black and white version as well. A gray value, whether dark or light. Just so that the placement of color is the same in both versions.
